My name is Kiko Arceo. I am a family man, born and raised in San Jose, CA but also lived in Hawaii, Missouri and various other places due to being in the military. My tattoo journey started after I was medically discharged from the Army in 2007. I had to find a way to support my family of 5. I wanted to use what I knew best, ART. I tried doing shirts but that wasn't my thing. I used to design tattoos for my friends so naturally I tried this medium next. After attempting to get an apprenticeship, nobody would take me in. So I taught myself how to tattoo, tune machines, and sterilize equipment. My dad was my first brave soul to let me try this art on in our kitchen. Luckily I had a lot of bodies willing to let me work on them. After 17 years, here I am. I'm still here blessed to work on everyone that desires to give me the honor of sharing my gift with them to wear for the rest of their lives. My mentality of tattoos is that I'm not putting the tattoo on anyone, fate just brought the person to me so I can reveal what was already supposed to be there.
